In 2018 serien°umerica collaborated with Editamateria creating an handmade mattress reinterpreted by proposing a futon made with interwoven textile layers, foam-rubber and linen.

The projects was born from the will of giving new life to waste fabrics that are now recovered and sew together, creating a stratification of different colors and materials.

Thanks to its composition the futon becomes precious and unique; all its layers are therefore visible from the outside, giving relief to the inner substance, usually hidden.
